Why do we use Cedar?

Cedar Wood is our fist choice when building a fence in San Antonio. Cedar is a very resilient wood, standing up to San Antonio’s unique weather. In San Antonio, our summers are hot and humid, winters are brief and cool. These changes can be tough on all types of materials, especially wood. Cedar will truly stand the test of time and maintain its beauty for decades to come. On top of being durable, Cedar is also more insect resistant than any other type of wood due to its natural insect repellant properties.

What Makes up our Signature Fence?

Our Signature Cedar Fence is made up of Pressure Treated 4×4 Post, (3) 2x4s per Panel Installed with Screws, and of course Cedar Pickets. This combination of materials provides a beautiful and durable fence at a reasonable price.

What sets us apart from other Companies?

At Romero Landscaping we take great pride in building our fences correctly. Our 2x4s are secured into the post with Deck Grade 3in Screws. These screws will resist rust and corrosion due to their special coating. On top of this, the screws will also prevent your 2x4s from separating from the post, a common failure point. Our 2x4s are also in-line with the post, not on top of the post. Which means that you will end up with a balanced fence that is less likely to tip over as time goes on.
